All of life is yoga. – Sri Aurobindo

We understand that yoga is more than asana (postures). It begins with a commitment to explore the "self," understanding that we are more than who we think we are.

Following this eight-limb path, we first encounter principles for harmonious living, the Yamas and Niyamas.

These guiding wisdoms also provide a foundation for how we approach our asanawith joyful awareness, stability, and ease. Thus the practice of asana not only balances and strengthens the physical body, but can also help us to discover our inner strength, truth, and harmony.

 Welcome to Your Yoga Journey...

Namaste!
